From my first contact with Alex, he was polite, friendly and courteous. The formal purchase process was conducted online and was flawless. The collection process was similarly slick and the handover was thorough and all of my questions were answered.

I was given the opportunity to have input on a delivery timescale and Jack managed this along the manufacture cycle to fit with my requested date, fitting with a pre-booked holiday. On delivery, Jack went through all the new functions and changes.

They was able to rectify a problem another BMW Dealership had caused. Chelmsford BMW Dealership left my exhaust not bolted on properly from previous repairs. Would always prefer BMW Colchester now.

A couple of things surprised me when collecting the car, new rucksack bag & BMW key ring on the passengers seat. The car was also valeted. However, what I particularly liked, and didn't ask for, was a software update, noticeable of reversing camera.

Arrived and no one was free to speak to me so had to use the key box at the front. Car was then washed by the the garage and have scratched the car badly leaving lots of swirl marks that will require polishing to correct. Not happy.

The work took about 4 hours, however, no one contacted me to collect my car. I had to go to the garage at 5:30 pm to collect my car and was told that someone had left me a message. When I checked my phone, there was no call from them.

Still transitioning from Inchcape to Group 1 and little touches are being missed ie when my vehicle was in for a recent recall I didn't receive a video of the complimentary inspection which was supposed to be part of the process.
